Sweetie and Birdbrain is a product my overactive imagination. The cartoon idea came to me one day while watching an extremely determined seagull try to pull a windshield wiper off a new red thunderbird convertible. That bird gave me the most comical look you can imagine. The cars owner arrived to find me laughing my head off and wondered if I was a little crazy. He didn’t even bother to check out the gazillion scratches on his pretty new car but bet he noticed them latter. The bird didn’t get the wiper but he came pretty close. Wonder what in the world he wanted with a windshield wiper?
